"I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The host went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed including assistance with locating transportation and booking a massage. Definitely would recommend and choose this place on my return trip."

Nestled on Lake Atitlán's shores, this vibrant town offers spectacular volcano views and colourful markets filled with Maya textiles. Take a boat to explore neighbouring villages or hike Reserva Natural Atitlán's trails where howler monkeys swing through the canopy.
Jenna's River has a lot of things going for it. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. They were able to help with arranging transportation and tours in the area - just email them for information. They arranged a private boat for the day and an English tuk tuk tour to Santa Catarina which was very good. Their tuk tuk driver was always available to take us to Panajachel town (and it was easy to get another one off the street to take us back, which was not a problem).

Best "resort" style in Atitlan. Great views. Clean. Friendly.
Restaurant leaves a lot to be desired but you have hundreds of great local spots right outside.
Staff very nice, Walkable attractions everywhere.
Amazing swimming pool for young children.

Beautiful oasis just steps from the lively downtown Panajchel. The thermal pool is very relaxing and the waterfall was fun to walk through to cool off. Our room was very large and comfortable with a nice sitting area outside the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire property is very clean and we felt extremely safe.

Beautiful place, love the gardens and views; however rooms need to be remodel specially the washrooms, but apart from that the hotel it’s very nice and the personal very pleasant

Really nice hidden gem of a hotel, because you’d never know it’s at the end of an alley. Room and bathroom was large, and well cared for. There’s a balcony that overlooks a courtyard, and there’s a bonus pool (seems unusual at this price point). They’re doing work on the property, so it will only improve. Best part is an included breakfast on the roof of the hotel overlooking the city. Highly recommended.

Based on previous reviews I was quite skeptical. Having my own experience at the Grand Hotel has made me realize I cannot make my decisions based on reviews.
My hotel stay here was great! The staff: friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms: comfortable, quiet with VERY HOT WATER! I needed help connecting to wifi, done! I needed toiletries: provided. The breakfast that’s included in the very good price: delicious and good portion. The outdoor space: green and pleasant to walk around in.
