A Few Pool + Spa Notes (Nothing Fancy—Just Helpful Info)

The hot tub takes about 45–60 minutes to heat up. To turn it on/off, just use the control box on the lanai. Please remember to switch it off when you’re done (or let it time out on its own).

The pool is heated during the cooler months, but keep in mind—it’s not meant to feel “hot,” just comfortable. The spa is your go-to if you’re craving that toasty soak.

Pool heat only runs when the pump is on (you’ll see water flowing from the spa to the pool). If the hot tub is on, pool heating pauses during that time.

A pool company comes by twice a week to keep things clean, but this is Florida—some leaves might still float in. We’ve got a skimmer you can use if you feel like it.

Family Vacation

Excellent house for a vacation that requires lots of relaxation and hanging in the hot tub and pool, but a bit of driving for beach excursions. Property was great!!!

Super impressed. Cute home with great amenities and location. Clean and comfortable place to hang out. Fun pool, beach gear was nice to have and my 5 yr old loved the oversized legos and bunk bed. Could use a few more blankets for beds tho ;)

Paradise

Came here for a break from snow and ice in NY with my family. Truly a slice of paradise with private backyard (no sightlines ;) ) and the triple bed room was great for my family. Definitely recommend Mike’s property. Also the process in general was very smooth with minimal chores.

Great setup for our family

With 5 kids under 9 it was a GREAT set up for us at this house! We spent days at the house almost completely in the backyard with the pool and large screened in area. Beautiful house, very clean! If not at the house we were at the beach! Great stay, thank you owners!

Perfectly located vacation home.

We absolutely enjoyed everything this house had to offer. Location was perfect for getting to Tampa and to the beaches. The house is very modern and cozy at the same time. Mike was incredibly easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house was wonderful! It accommodated two families perfectly. Pool was amazing for all of us ... proximity to St. Pet's was great and communication with the owner was very efficient. We would love to come back again.

My husband, myself, his brother and sister-in-law made a quick trip to Florida to visit their mother. Although we spent very little time at the rental house it was clean and comfortable. It would work very well for a family who would enjoy the pool.

property was clean, and had everything we need. It was a great spot to stay as we could go to the beach or just hang by the pool. The s’mores by the fire pit were a hit with the kids. Jen and Mike were super responsive to any question! Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

could not have had a closer property to our meeting venue . the Host made everything so easy to follow from check in to check out. The house was perfect and offered us much more than we could take advantage of due to the length of our stay and it was a comparable savings to 2 hotel rooms in the area. The little free time we used to visit a nearby beach and enjoyed the drive and the view . I will definitely look to return for a longer stay . A great Property for friends or Families , Thank you afain for a wonderful stay.

Awesome stay

The place met our expectations. It has all the amenities one needs, beautifully decorated, and the backyard is awesome, we loved having the table in the pool to sit and relax. We did experience a hiccup with the hot tub not heating up (due to previous work completed before we arrived) but the owner was quick to respond and walked me through how to get it going and we had no issues after that. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jen and Mike for letting us stay at your place!

Great family stay!

We stayed with our 2, 5, and 10 year old and had a blast. The beds are comfy and the bunk beds were a major hit! There are also plenty of kid friendly games. Our kids LOVE to swim so this was perfect. We had a couple hiccups and Mike was very quick to combat them. If you’re looking for a place to veg out and enjoy the calmness in life, this is your place. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll stay again!

Christmas vacation

The house was very clean and had full accommodations for all family members. Grounds were lovely and proximity to Tampa and St. Petersburg where very easy.The host and his wife were right with you every step of the way if you had any questions. Very good communication.
