We thought we were going to be on a golf course (not across the street from, which is the case) with a pool and hot tub at our doorstep. Not the case! One needs to walk outside the unit, walk around the building, through a locked gate, carrying chairs, to take advantage of the pool. As a result, we did not use the pool at all…disappointing! 3) The windows in this unit are filthy. 4) The carpets and bathroom rugs are dirty and worn out. 5) The secondary bathroom shower needs repair as do the cabinet hinges in the kitchen. 6) We appreciated that the kitchen is well stocked with nice pots and pans and dishes. 7) The location is convenient to Palm Springs and surrounding neighborhoods. ##### Stephen S. The condo was in a great location, with several courses within a 15 minute drive.
