Our condo is Hip, Modern, and Artsy. We feature west mountain views 1 bedroom, 2 baths, and a sleeper sofa. You will be walking distance to hiking, biking and grocery stores. If relaxing is what you have in mind then our patio offers lots of that or go lounge by the pool and soak up the desert sun. Don't forget Golfing. We are across the street from Tahquitz Creek Golf Course.

Excellent one bedroom, two bathroom. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Comfortable accommodations, great porch, cooking utensils. Art gallery ambiance on the walls. Very classy. Would stay here again easily.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a wonderful condo, great location, immaculately clean, extremely well equipped kitchen and a very comfy bed. Grady is a great host. Highly recommended!

Grady met us at the condo with a complete rundown on the unit, and offered some great restaurant tips. It was surprisingly roomy, well equipped, exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. It is in an older building but the unit has been remodeled and has mid-century decor. Friends joined us for a few days, so having two full bathrooms was convenient. Parking was never an issue and the area has several areas for walks and hikes. Loved it!

Good condo, But

The one odd thing about this lovely condo is that the pools have no furniture. No lounge chairs, no umbrellas, no chairs, nothing.We were told the owners did not want any furniture to stay at the pool??!!

5 Star Palm Springs Decor

The decor of this condo was really fun and it was really well equipped. Located in an older complex, we loved the location. There were a couple of issues that manager Grady did his best to address. Loved the laundry in unit but the bathrooms were quite small. Fair value.

Very happy with our stay

The property was perfect for us. Location very convenient (near grocery stores, shopping, hiking trails, transit corridors). The Unit was just what we were expecting from the listing photos. Kitchen had everything we needed and more, plus having 2 full bathrooms was a plus. The deck was wonderful to sit and relax while taking in the view of the palm trees and mountain as well as the pool area. Grady was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palm Canyon Villas. The unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we were met by Grady who took the time to show us around. He was extremely easy to work with. As others have said the decor is very much Palm Springs and we enjoyed the open spaciousness. Kitchen was very well equipped. Great location near to shops, hiking, golf, etc. Please be aware that it is on the 2nd floor, which makes for a lovely view but maybe not that great for people with mobility issues.

Absolute perfect- again!

This was our second stay and it was like we never left. The space is immaculate, in a wonderful location close to just about everything, we love the pool and hot tub (also maintained beautifully), and the condo is so well stocked that it has everything never knew you’d needed. Mel and Grady are excellent communicators and so welcoming. We miss it already! See you next year!

Palm Springs visit April 2024

Our overall impression of the property is very favourable. The unit was very clean. The furnishing were comfortable and obviously a lot of thought had gone into colours. The decor is modern and fit very well in the unit giving the space an airy feel. We cooked at home farly frequently and found the unit well stocked and all appliances functioned well. Being within walking distance to Trader Joe's and Von's for groceries was very handy. And...there are great hiking trails nearby. We would definitely rent that unit again. Grady was a friendly and helpful host. And, did we mention it was really clean.

Everything we were looking for in Palm Springs

My husband and I spent a month in Palm Springs to check it out as a possible retirement destination. We were so pleased with the unit. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and had wonderful decor reflecting Palm Springs. The kitchen had more than enough glassware, dishes and cookware. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious patio and the grill. We found the community welcoming, appreciated how close the tennis and pickleball courts were and loved that the hot tub was actually hot. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is perfectly located for us. The unit was wonderfully furnished with modern decor. The unit was so well stocked. It even had tennis rackets and balls, pickle ball rackets and balls. Grady is always very available and helpful. He answers phone calls and texts promptly.

Perfect retreat in Palm Springs

This property was perfect for us. Instead of a large condo complex , we found a friendly two story ring of condos facing lawn and a pool and hot tub . There’s a Pickleball court to the side and our condo was a mid-century modern delight. We plan to return for two weeks next time.

Our favorite rental ever.

This space was just remarkable. It was spotless. Decorated beautifully. The location was perfect, the pool area was gorgeous, and the neighbors were kind. We loved every detail about our stay, and our stay was really about the details…anything we needed was already there. The kitchen was impressively stocked. Lots of storage. The bed was so so comfortable. This was a 10/10 stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Palm Springs

Great Condo, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable break. Good location a very nice on site pool and a very quiet area. Condo has been finished to a very high standard with comfortable and quality furnishings, the only minus from us, the air conditioning is a little noisy but you soon get used to it. Overall we had a great time.
