The rental includes access to the community\`s multiple heated pools, spas, and tennis courts, all of which are just steps away. All guests are provided with covered parking as well. You’re renting the entire condo and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively! Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours. Our property is located in the Desert Highland Gateway Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs. Nearby attractions include the many restaurants and nightlife of Downtown Palm Springs, the galleries and hot spots of the Uptown Design District, the world famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Palm Springs Air Museum. The house is a quick Uber or taxi ride from Palm Springs International Airport. It’s also surrounded by an endless array of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping options. Grocery stores and gyms are all close by, and we provide recommendations for anything you might need. CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES (we don\`t make the rules, but we do follow them!) \*\*No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!\*\* Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund. \- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25. \- Daytime max occupancy is 6 people. \- Overnight max occupancy is 4 people (2 in bedroom, 2 on couch). \- Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. \- The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. \- The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter\`s government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE \- Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM. \- Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour. \- Keycard for the community gate is provided. If keycard is lost, guest will have an additional fee of $150 to replace it. \- Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest. PETS \- Pets are allowed (1 pet max, under 25 lbs), with a fee of $250 per month. Pets must be approved and fee paid prior to check-in. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction. NO SMOKING \- There is no smoking in the unit or any of the common areas of the complex. Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur an additional $250 fee. CLEANING Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur. SUMMER AIR CONDITIONING We recommend never setting the AC below 72°, as any lower could cause the system to freeze over and stop working. Air filters looked unchanged for a long time, dirt and grime built up around floor edges in kitchen and bathroom, lots of dishes/utensils needed washing before use, I don't know the original color of the living room rug but looks like a deep clean is in order. These didn't ruin the stay by any means but dust bunnies were prevalent every day and they have the worlds worst dustpan in the closet. The HOA doesn't have consistent time and temp settings in their pools and spas, I was having to use a different spa than the one closest to our unit. The couch is absolutely awful. Takes 3 pillows to get yourself in a decently comfy position. All this stuff is minor, IF, you paid what others paid. Talking to other renters in the complex, we paid about $1500 more for the month. Good on Worry Free for getting what they can get, our options seemed limited when we booked but I would never rent this place at that rate. For how much they just made off me, if they don't get a new dustpan, rug and much better couch in there, they aren't even trying. We enjoyed the location and our time together there, some finer touches with cleaning and household items/furniture would go a long way. At $1000-$1500 cheaper, I wouldn't be complaining, it was disappointing for the price. ##### Logan P.
