Robin was easy to work with, communication was great, the property was exactly as shown in the photos. I was impressed with Robin meeting me at check in to provide a tour of the property. Would definitely look to stay at this property again on future trips to Palm Springs.

Everything was great. We had an HVAC issue shortly after our arrival that was promptly addressed by the Property Manager and owner. We would definitely stay again.

Great Palm Springs Getaway

Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the property yet also have good together time. It is across the street from a delightful pool and hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. The property manager is highly responsive and the place was very clean, decorated beautifully and well-stocked. A great place!

Close to many attractions

The condo was in a great location - quiet neighborhood but close to many attractions, like the Palm Springs Air Museum and Tahquitz Canyon. The condo was clean, and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed having the pools nearby, with a great views to see when taking an evening stroll around the neighborhood.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described online. It was beautifully decorated, updated, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. There are TVs in every room, but you need to sign into your own streaming services, so bring your passwords! The complex has 6 pools, which made it easy to find one that wasn't busy. Communication with Robin, the property manager, was outstanding. We got directions for check-in and check-out in a timely manner. Robin met us at the condo to show us around and ensure all of our questions were answered. We would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect

The property was just as described and worked out really well. Host communicated well and was able to allow us check-in early. Only negative is the advertised fold-out couch is more of a futon and even less less comfortable. But even with that, we'd stay again without hesitation. We were a group of 5 and the place was well appointed and comfortable.

Great Place to Stay

My family and I stayed here while we were in town for a cheerleading competition. It was a great place to stay. There was plenty of space for us to stay comfortably. It was clean and conveniently located. It was easy to get downtown, groceries, and food. The view in the area was beautiful. We enjoyed the tennis courts, too. This property is managed by Robin with Dedicated Property Management. She was wonderful to work with. She was kind and a wealth of information. She made the whole process very easy. The owner also reached out by email to welcome us, which I thought was very nice. I definitely recommend staying here.

Well located, roomy condo

Roomy, tasteful Palm Springs 'modern' decor, comfortable beds, convenient location, adequate kitchen equipment, large 'frig, stove, refrigerator, etc ., attractive grounds, very quiet area. Very responsive property management! Only two "would likes": Additional towels/wash cloths, cleaned patio.

Pristine space, well appointed and stocked, very comfortable and good location. Very nice condominium. Minimal patio space with no visibility of grounds but comfortable and very usable.

Modernism week

The condo was very convenient for Modernism week events. The unit was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. The nearest pool was heated and very close to the condo. There is a walking trail around the complex and easy to walk.

Wonderful Stay!

This is a beautiful, clean, bright unit. It was amazingly well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The day we arrived the owner herself emailed us asking us to contact her if there was anything at all we needed that the property manager might not have addressed. In fact we needed nothing, we had a wonderful stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Location

Overall our stay was great and the inside of the condo was just as described. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone that's planning a stay in the PS area. There were several pools within the complex and all of them were nice. The only critique would be that the patio area was unusable as the furniture, table, and patio were in the need of a good cleaning.

From the check in process to the check out process, the trip was 1st class. Robin, from Evolve, was very cordial, professional and clearly represented the property. The facility was clean and well stocked with the essentials. Would love to stay again!

spacious, clean and great location

My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. Because it has been newly renovated, everything is fresh and clean and we really liked the simple modern decor. It's spacious and well equipped for everything, with a good layout for privacy or gathering. The location in a very nice gated community was terrific.....a short drive to downtown PS and really close to Trader Joes. Lovely veiws across the golf course to the mountains and the two nearest heated pools were a delight, along with the hot tub. The owner and her assistant were so pleasant and helpful. They were right on top of a small issue with the new stove and even gave us a credit gift card for our trouble. I highly recommend this place.
