    The Space:

Welcome to this one-of-a-kind mid-century modern home in Palm Springs, where bold color, playful design, and resort-style outdoor living come together in one unforgettable retreat. Spanning 1,360 square feet across three bedrooms and two beautifully designed bathrooms, this property is as fun to be in as it is to look at, with every room telling a story and every outdoor space made for memorable evenings under the desert sky.

    LIVING SPACES

The open-concept living and dining area is a mid-century modern showpiece. A teal accent wall frames the large flat-screen TV, a wide gray sectional sofa and ottoman anchor the room, and a pair of vibrant pink accent chairs and a colorful retro arc lamp give the space an unmistakably Palm Springs personality. The dining table with white modern chairs and a crystal chandelier overhead bridges the living room and kitchen, with French doors leading straight to the pool.

    KITCHEN

The large, fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners, featuring a stainless French door refrigerator with ice and water, a gas range with wall-mounted hood, microwave, and dishwasher. A rolling stainless prep cart and a white waterfall island with velvet blue bar stools add both function and style. A standard drip coffee maker is on hand to start every morning right. Please note: laundry detergent is not provided and guests should bring their own.

    BEDROOMS & SLEEPING

Three unique bedrooms each have a character all their own. The primary king bedroom is wrapped in a bold orange accent wall with teal nightstands, a platform bed, and access to the en-suite bathroom. The second king bedroom features a music-inspired gallery wall, a mirror-door closet, and a TV. The third bedroom is pure fun, a flamingo-themed bunk room with a queen bed on the bottom and a double on top, a TV, and a pink bean bag chair that will be a hit with kids and playful adults alike.

    BATHROOMS

The primary en-suite bathroom features a double LED-lit vanity mirror, mosaic penny tile floors, a spacious tile walk-in shower, and pendant lighting. The second bathroom goes bold with black walls, white subway tile, gold fixtures, a round gold mirror, and a shower, with colorful Palm Springs-themed art completing the look.

    COVERED BACK PATIO

Step outside to the stunning covered patio, where Corinthian stone columns support string lights strung overhead, and a large rattan sectional with white cushions, wicker chairs, and a hanging bubble chair create an outdoor lounge you will never want to leave. Red poolside lounge chairs sit just beyond the covered area for those who want to soak up the sun. The entire space overlooks the pool with sweeping mountain views as a backdrop.

PRIVATE POOL, HOT TUB & COURTYARD

The heated private pool (additional fee for heating) and adjacent hot tub are the crown jewels of the backyard, lit beautifully at night and open year-round. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $110 per night and must be requested in advance. Around the front of the home, a private walled courtyard with a mosaic fire pit table and a pair of Acapulco chairs creates a second intimate outdoor space perfect for stargazing evenings.

    LAUNDRY & EXTRAS

A washer and dryer are available in the garage. Extra pillows, blankets, and towels are stored in the hallway closet. An iron and ironing board are available. Please note: laundry detergent is not provided.

    The Neighborhood:

This mid-century gem sits in the heart of Palm Springs, one of California's most celebrated desert destinations, surrounded by the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains and steeped in glamour, architecture, and outdoor adventure.

    DOWNTOWN PALM SPRINGS

Downtown Palm Springs is just minutes away, centered on the famous Palm Canyon Drive, where guests will find an eclectic mix of restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and cocktail bars that perfectly capture the laid-back luxury of the desert. The weekly VillageFest street market, held every Thursday evening from October through May, is a beloved local tradition drawing visitors and residents alike.

    DINING & NIGHTLIFE

Palm Springs has a vibrant dining scene spanning everything from casual taco stands and poolside bars to fine dining and rooftop restaurants. From renowned farm-to-table spots and celebrated Japanese cuisine to classic diner-style breakfast joints and poolside dining at the city's iconic hotels, there is no shortage of options. Guests are minutes from dozens of well-loved restaurants in the downtown village and along the Highway 111 corridor through the Coachella Valley.

    OUTDOOR ADVENTURE

The San Jacinto Mountains, visible from the property, are best experienced via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, approximately 15 minutes away. The tram climbs nearly 6,000 feet to Mount San Jacinto State Park, where summer temperatures can be 30 to 40 degrees cooler than the valley floor, and hiking trails wind through stunning pine forests. Indian Canyons, about 10 minutes from the home, offers desert hiking through dramatic palm oases and red rock canyons on trails for all levels.

    ARTS & CULTURE

Palm Springs is a design destination, home to some of the finest mid-century modern residential architecture in the world. The Palm Springs Art Museum features world-class rotating exhibitions and a permanent collection, while the Palm Springs Modern Committee organizes walking and driving tours of the city's iconic architectural heritage. The Coachella Valley also hosts major events including the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Stagecoach, and the Modernism Week festival every February.

    Getting Around:

Palm Springs is one of the most accessible desert getaway destinations in Southern California, with a compact, driveable layout and a small regional airport that makes it easy to arrive and explore.

    GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Palm Springs International Airport is one of the closest airports in the state to a short-term rental, located approximately 5 to 10 minutes from this home. Direct flights operate from major West Coast cities, the Pacific Northwest, and several national hubs, making Palm Springs an easy destination to reach from nearly anywhere.

    DRIVING

A personal vehicle or rental car is recommended for the most flexibility, particularly for day trips to Joshua Tree National Park, the Coachella Valley wine country, Indian Wells, or Rancho Mirage. Downtown Palm Springs is just a few minutes away. Parking is available in the garage, driveway, and on the street, with space for three vehicles in the driveway and no parking fee.

    RIDESHARE

Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Palm Springs and the surrounding Coachella Valley. Response times are generally excellent for an urban desert setting, making rideshare a convenient and practical option for evenings out in downtown Palm Springs when guests prefer not to drive.

    BIKING & WALKING

Palm Springs is a bike-friendly city, and the nearby downtown village, restaurants, and some attractions are accessible by bicycle, particularly in the cooler months. The home's central location makes it easy to cycle to the nearest coffee shop or gallery, and bike rentals are available throughout the city.
