The bright living room features modern furniture, pops of color, a comfortable couch, two large chairs, and a smart TV to enjoy all your subscription based streaming services on. You'll find plenty of entertainment outside and inside with friends and family at this well appointed Palm Springs vacation rental. Delight in the semi-open floor plan as the living room flows seamlessly over to the dining table adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats up to six and is situated next to the small kitchen peninsula that can act as a buffet area. It was very uncomfortable to be pushed out. From the time that I booked until we checked out, the communication with the property management was amazing. We had a minor issue accessing the property when we first got there, but the property management responded right away and gave directions on what to do. The treats and snacks that were provided by the owner and management were a great personal touch. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice and refreshing after being at a loud event all afternoon with my daughter at the convention center. The location and property was also great with it being minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Highly recommend the pool/spa heat during the winter months as well. It was a great stay for us and I would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Palm Springs in the future. ##### Heather C.
