Whether you’re enjoying the fire feature, alfresco dining, gas BBQ, or poolside ping pong, every detail is set for a memorable stay. Fully walled and gated, this property offers privacy and comfort throughout. The backyard is designed for outdoor living, with mountain views, a new pool, integrated spa, and a tanning deck. Guests can enjoy a fire feature, gas BBQ, alfresco dining, and a covered lounge inspired by the TWA terminal, while poolside ping pong adds an extra element of fun. Inside, the home features a remodeled, open-concept layout that honors mid-century design. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together, creating a spacious gathering space filled with natural light. All bedrooms include hotel-quality linens, flat-screen TVs, and ample storage. The Master Suite has a King bed, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the guest rooms share a second bathroom. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood less than a mile from Palm Canyon Drive, the home is close to Palm Springs’ dining, shopping, and entertainment, with grocery stores and coffee shops within walking distance. THINGS TO KNOW: \-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending \-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party \-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater \-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fee of $450/month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking \-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $75/day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
