The home features three well-appointed bedrooms in the main house—each with a TV and ample storage—plus a detached casita offering a quiet space to unwind (please note: the casita does not include its own bathroom). The main bathroom is spacious and well-lit; the second, more compact, offers added convenience. Just minutes from Palm Canyon Drive, this home feels quietly removed yet close to everything—ideal for those looking to reset, reconnect, and enjoy the slower pace of the desert. THINGS TO KNOW: \-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending \-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party \-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater \-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees of $500/month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking \-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate \-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total. \- Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 per night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company.
