The inviting living room features a comfortable sectional sofa, a wet bar, and expansive windows that showcase the picturesque scenery. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space comfortably seats six, perfect for both casual meals and entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home cooking and opens directly to the back patio—another ideal spot to relax and take in the beautiful golf course views  
SLEEPING QUARTERS  
Main Bedroom: Unwind in the luxurious comfort of the King-sized bed after a day of fun. The room includes a large walk-in closet and a dresser, offering plenty of storage space, and a 42-inch Smart TV for enjoying your favorite shows from bed. The spacious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower, creating a relaxing retreat.  
Guest Bedroom: Bright and cheerful, this inviting room includes a comfortable Queen bed, a dresser, TV, and a closet. The private en-suite bathroom offers a convenient shower-tub combination.  
Den / Third Bedroom: The large den easily converts into a third bedroom with two twin-size sofa bed (sleeps two). It offers ample seating and a large HDTV, making it perfect for movie nights or accommodating extra guests.
