Upon arrival at the main gates, you'll enter an oasis of privacy and tranquility. This resort style 5 acre estate in Palm Desert offers a peaceful desert lifestyle with big views, and unmatched seclusion, yet only minutes away from El Paseo Drive with plentiful shopping, dining and more.
Indoor living is spread across three buildings. The Villa, Bungalow, and Casita buildings.
The Villa contains the King Master Suite with sitting area, two King ensuite bedrooms, the Great Room, Den and Bar. A luxuriously outfitted chefs kitchen and multiple dining spaces making dining at the Villa an event everyone will enjoy.
The Bungalow provides a King Master Suite, a Queen Bedroom and a bunk room with 4 twin bunks, in addition to a gourmet kitchen, living room, covered terraces, and private gardens.
Across the pool from the Villa, and just in front of the Pond, sits the Casita building. Two Queen suites, and outdoor living and dining area, and placement between the infinity pool and fishing pond make the Casita rooms a grand escape of their own.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. It was perfect for our family. Everyone was comfortable everything that we could’ve needed was provided. We look forward to coming again hopefully when the pond is up and functioning.

Amazing Villa
What a phenomenal house and the perfect venue for a reunion with old friends. Our sleeping quarters, the movie star pool, and the common areas are perfect. The grass wasn't emerald green like in the pictures, nor was the lake full, but who really cares? The Villa is grand. We had the best time. Thank you, Kempa Collection and Ruben our concierge. We'll be back!

Amazing Home
My family and I had an amazing time at Kempa Villa. The concierge was very attentive and responsive. My only complaint is that the lake was not in shape for us to use, and that was one of the major attractions to the home for us. Other than that everything was perfect.
