The property itself was immaculate and beautiful. The only downside was having virtually no privacy on the property. The pictures in the listing does make it look like there is quite a distance between the main House we stayed at and the winery tasting building where the customers frequently come and go. It was honestly the perfect stay. It’s directly on the property of Carboy winery (the best winery in town). The people there are just amazing, the owner was super easy going and helpful. I would 100% recommend this to anyone coming for a beautiful stay in Palisade. We will definitely be coming back. The home was clean and well appointed. Used the kitchen a lot for many breakfasts and an occasional dinner. Palisade has a nice little downtown area with several local restaurants. It was centrally located for us between Arches and Canyonlands National parks in Utah, and Grand Mesa and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park in Colorado. Beds were comfy and it has 3 good sized bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms which worked out great for us. House is on a vineyard and winery property which made wine tasting convenient. The house and location were perfect - absolutely perfect. The house was updated, comfy beds and furniture . . . my friends jaws hit the ground when we entered - couldn't believe we had the whole house. :) Outdoor seating areas including tables and chairs behind the winery with a majestic view of the Grand Mesa were wonderful. People visiting the winery didn't impose at all. In fact, meeting and talking to locals on the upstairs terrace made our visit all the more enjoyable. It made my day so much less stressful. But I have said I'd like to stay here again for a relaxing weekend with some girlfriends or some other couples. There are 3 full bathrooms so each room gets their own bathroom which is so nice with a large group of people. My ONLY complaint, is the water pressure is not great, but who cares when your staying at a winery! Also I have never had an easier check in in my life and I did not need added stress that day on how I was going to get into my VRBO ##### Jenna F.
