« Small one room with a utility closet with small refrig & microwave. Entry via outside door. .Small rear yard with fence needing repair backing up to a somewhat busy street. Central air but control panel in main unit unavailable to renter. Trouble with smoke detector going off intermittently 1st of 2 nites Owner responded but we surprised her sister in the room next day attempting to fix. Bigger surprise was the wall of the utility closet that slid open to give her access to the rental unit....

« You will not be disappointed. The pictures accurately represent the property. Very close to a Publix (like less than two minutes) for your grocery needs. Each bathroom has sample sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash which was nice for our needs (we stayed two nights). Comfortable queen beds in both bedrooms. Kitchen was sparkling clean with brand new appliances. Big garbage can on patio makes it easy to dispose of everything when it comes time for checkout. Large pation and yard....we...
