A Carefree Cottage/Pet friendly

  • 3 BR/2 BA cottage directly across from Lake Pagosa! Newly renovated interior-—photos speak for themselves! Comfortably furnished one living room and one family room, stainless steel appliances, large kitchen island, four-season room w/large windows for plenty of natural light. Two of the BRs have large queen-sized beds, third room has full sized bed. The living room has a new couch with futon mattress that can be made of a bed for two person. Spacious fenced backyard (perfect for dogs!) w/deck, grill, dining table, and stone fire pit. Lots of games (cornhole, horseshoes, etc.) provided!
