Lake Powell Resort

"The money was worth the location and view. We had a second-floor room with a balcony overlooking the marina. Watched the sunset over the lake while relaxing by the pool, and watched the sunrise over the lake from behind the red rock formations from our balcony. The room was a little outdated, but clean and had a little fridge. Two nicer restaurants, a pizza spot, and a coffee shop on the grounds"

"Hotel offered happy hour but there was no bartender. Front desk clerk also manned the bar. Since guests kept coming in no one was able to serve us so we went elsewhere. Breakfast was okay."

"Overall, this was a great hotel in a great location with outstanding staff. The grounds were very attractive as well. A little more attention to cleaning would be nice but maintenance of the property was the one thing that I would suggest needs some attention. Our bathtub had rust around the vent opening and the caulk around the tub needed attention."
Best Western View Of Lake Powell Hotel

"This isn’t a luxury hotel but it’s clean and the unobstructed view is absolutely unbelievable at sunset. They could easily charge double the price for that alone. It’s 10min away from Horseshoe Bend and 15min away from Lower antelope canyon. The continental breakfast was decent. We didn’t use the pool or any amenities. The hot tub and elevators were out of service. Again, not a luxury hotel, but a good place to stop and see the sunset. Overall would recommend as a quick stop for sightseeing in the area."
