Casa La Villa:
Beautiful house with a private swimming pool and large garden, located in a very quiet area on a spacious plot that ensures privacy, comfort, and full connection with nature.

The property is ideally located in a well-connected area with all services within easy reach, and very close to the bus stop. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy multiple destinations in just a few minutes: only a 10-minute walk to the village centre, 30 minutes to the beach, 30 minutes to Sierra Nevada, and 30 minutes to Granada city, with direct access to the E-902. It is also just two minutes from the Mammoth Trail and the lagoon, a beautiful natural area perfect for hiking and outdoor activities.

The house is designed for comfort and relaxation. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric grill plate and direct access to the outdoors, a cozy living room with a fireplace (bioethanol provided, not included in the rental), one double bedroom, and a full bathroom.

The first floor offers three double bedrooms with double beds, one triple bedroom (double bed + single bed), a study with a double sofa bed and library, and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or large groups.

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property: a large garden with shaded porch areas, a barbecue space, and an outdoor stone oven (firewood not included). There is also a large 8x5m swimming pool with sun loungers, a private toilet, and an outdoor hot-water shower by the pool. Everything is designed to make the most of the climate and outdoor living.

The house offers free WiFi and is ideal for families and groups of up to 9 people. Its passive construction helps maintain a comfortable temperature year-round, keeping the home cool in summer and warm in winter.

Important information:

The swimming pool is available from May to October (inclusive).
It can be heated up to 27ºC with 2 days’ notice, at an additional cost of €20 for the first day and €10 per additional day.
Availability dates may vary depending on weather conditions; please check before booking.
If the key is accidentally left inside the property during your stay and it is necessary for someone to come and provide access, a fee of up to €50 may be charged for the service. If, as a result of this situation, it is necessary to call a locksmith, the full cost of the intervention must be paid by the guest, in accordance with the invoice issued by the professional.
