« The room wasn't really clean.Very few towels had to go get more . Only one box of Kleenex in the room.When we arrived there the whole downstairs and the front desk area was under construction.Dirt and debris was flying everywhere!! « Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and request for 1st floor was granted. We only had coffee but food smelled good. Only complaint is with Expedia. Although the 1st floor was granted, it is not always the case. Also, the hotel is pet friendly but the charge for pet is not included in the rate at booking.
