"Old, dirty and outdated dump on the beach. Our room was never cleaned, although I have requested that service with front desk. Cleaning staff is not available on Sundays either. Hot tub never worked in years. They charge $60 for early check in and $10 parking per day which was not mentioned anywhere. Food at the bar is decent and live music was playing all weekend outside at the patio bar and inside the breakfast area on Sunday which was nice. The place needs serious cleaning and renovation. The carpet was nasty. The only great things were the view and the bar staff. "

"We had a small field trip of teenagers for this stay. The house was great and very clean! We were a little shocked to find the living space on third level (I might have missed that information). It’s a lot to haul groceries up two flights, but overall enjoyable. I would just caution that the walls are very thin. You can hear every little footstep from the neighbors while you’re trying to sleep. "
