"Lobby of the Hotel looks nice. Parking lot you have to pay thru app or cash. Room? We got the double bed. Linen is clean and comfy bed. The bathroom is small and the tub not so clean. There’s the pink stains around the drain. We booked it on a pricey side expected to be a high standard hotel but didn’t feel it."

"Overall pretty clean, the room didn’t have tissues which would’ve been nice to have. Shared bathroom was generally pretty clean, wasn’t ever in use so you weren’t waiting to use it which was nice. Overall I think it was overpriced given that we didn’t have access to our own private bathroom."

"It was very warm upstairs, the air did not work well. There was a musty smell in the room and hallway. Our room was extremely small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways it was so close to the wall. You need to walk down about six steps with your luggage to get to the elevator which us difficult when you are older and have packed for a cruise. We were there four years ago and it was a much nicer room."

"Honestly, the hotel and price are worth the location no matter how you try to rationalize. Everything you expect from a Fairmont property and then some. So fortunate to be able to walk downstairs at 6am, get through U.S. Customs, and not have to worry about traffic or getting up even earlier. Thank you Fairmont. Please get more properties on the East Coast!!"
