"Pay cash onsite or wire transfer. Copy of your passport needed. WhatsApp if you need anything. Honestly, we did not see any other groups checked in. Full kitchen and mini fridge. They were friendly. Pool needs to be cleaned out but view is nice. Parking is for public but they said they had security onsite. Never saw them. No wifi. Parking is included. Location is good but currently off season. Just felt sketchy and deserted."

"Beautiful tropical resort. Many pools to choose from. Gorgeous ocean view from condo kitchen. Wake up early to watch the sunrise, you will not be disappointed. Huge and clean condo. Restaurants on site. We walked to town and bought fresh fish from the Market. Will return next time we are in La Cruz. Owner was great and very responsive. "

"The only issue was that the room they gave us was as smelly Luckily we were there only to sleep and did not stay all day Complained to the front desk but they only sent a lady to spray in the room. While lastest for a few hours. A lot of inconvience The lady who came to spray knew about the issue of the smell. She mentioned that the room was recently painted that is why there was a smell I wish they gave us another room. "
