Located just half a block from the sand in a quiet, gated neighborhood, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Kick back on the large deck with picnic tables, perfect for sunny lunches or evening hangouts. Inside, you'll find an open great room and kitchen — ideal for gathering with family or friends. The home features new beds and mostly new furnishings (2025), plus roomy bedrooms to stretch out and unwind. Beach access is a short, easy walk to a quiet stretch of shoreline, and you're less than a mile from Cape Kiwanda, the Pelican Pub, coffee shops, and local restaurants. Pets are welcome, so bring your furry friend along for the fun! Most homes require guests be at least 24 years old Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply). This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night ). Only well-behaved dogs are allowed.
