Inside, the open great room and kitchen create a welcoming space for gathering with family or friends, whether you're cooking together, playing games, or relaxing after a long walk on the shore. The home features new beds and mostly new furnishings as of 2025, along with generously sized bedrooms that make it easy to spread out and truly relax. Beach access is a short, easy stroll to a quieter stretch of shoreline, perfect for long walks, beachcombing, and peaceful ocean views. You're also less than a mile from the iconic Cape Kiwanda, the beloved Pelican Pub & Brewery, plus local coffee shops, restaurants, and all the charm of Pacific City. Traveling with a four-legged companion? Pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy lazy days, beach adventures, and unforgettable moments by the sea at Lazy Days Beach House. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
