The "Chillton" cabin is one of the original Tierra del Mar beach cabins that has been lovingly restored and is now a comfortable, stylish and fun beach house. Outside there's a fun surfer shower, and a large back yard. Features: Quiet road, beach is steps away WIFI Fun surfer shower Spacious sunny backyard Laundry Garage available for gear storage Dog OK Max 1 car Layout: One level home. Bedroom is only separated by a screen (not a full wall). Large cozy couch, dining are and full bathroom. Garage available for storage. Laundry in garage. Notes: This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended. Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms. The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation. Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35\. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply). The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. The place is perfect for 2 people okay with sharing a bed and someone okay with taking the couch. The couch was actually very comfortable. My dog and I loved the location and the outdoor shower was perfect for washing the sand off of my dog before entering the house. The house is FEET from the beach, which made morning beach walks with my dog so easy. The beach was generally low on foot traffic, which added to the relaxation aspect. There were also neighborhood bunnies that were fun to watch early in the morning with my cup of coffee. Overall, a great small getaway location with clean, updated appliances. ##### Katelynn H. This place is very cute, clean and good for a short stay with 1 or 2 people. Beach access is about 1 block away. There is lots of beautiful art related to the owner of the house and most of the basics. Bring you own hairdryer. That being said....there is no porch light which made me really uncomfortable.
