"We were greeted at the counter by a woman who said she doesn't even work at the hotel, and then we were told she couldn't accept our online reservation. The hotel owner refused to give us a room unless we paid by the day, so he could get the non-discounted pay. The room was supposed to have 2 double beds and only had one. The room was dingy and dirty and had missing baseboard.
