"I traveled for my family reunion. The hotel is was great. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was awesome, attentive, committed to servicing their customers especially Ms. Tracy F. & Reginald. I arrived early my room was ready. Five stars to them both! I needed an late check out for a flight and was accommodated. My only issue was the big cockroach that ran me back into the hotel from patio area."

"The room was clean when we arrived, but they didn't clean the room or replenish the the tea/coffee/surgar, etc. The staff didn't know what a kettle is. The room TV wasn't working. Parking was $40/night, which is higher than expected (the whole night was under $200) The shower was broken; it works, but broken. It was a good stay, but I will probably go for another option my next time around."
