"Hotel and Restaurant Management personnel were rude. They did not honor stated check in time. Also when dining at the restaurant we were treated like second class customers rather than guests. They have a call system that is placed on the table, yet each time we did not have one at our table."

"This hotel was amazing!!!! The staff was lovely, the hotel was very comfortable, and the location was INSANELY AMAZING, you cannot get a better location. Its about a 20min walk from the train station, and within veiw of the incredible Strasbourg Cathedral. Lots of goood restraunt choices near-by, and the tourist iffice is within a 2min walk. Absolutely amazing hotel, I would absaloutly stay here again, it was my favorite hotel in France! "
