The room condition in real are much much better than the photos. Room is spacious and comfortable, breakfast is good with choice of food. Staff are very nice and helpful. Fully recommened.
Fleury was friendly and was a pleasure to deal with during check-in. The room was also great and spacious. The hair dryer in the room wouldn’t work, and the front desk was able to provide a functioning one right away. Great stay overall!
They gave us early checking on request as we travelled from far. Really appreciate the staff rooms were super spacious cleaned and the bathrooms are huge too overall amazing experience. ✌

It's always a pleasure staying here. Easy, free parking, nice hot breakfast in the morning, and friendly staff. Every time I visit Ottawa, I stay at this Hampton Inn, and I've never been disappointed.
Good hot breakfast, spacious room. Pool area could use some cleaning, but overall great place to stay if you are not looking to stay downtown (10 min drive from downtown)
A very good place to stay--the room was nicely set up particularly for 3 people. We were quite impressed that we were situated walking distance to the O transit which took us rapidly downtown without the worries of parking etc downtown.
The room is clean and spacious.A comfortable and restful stay. Check in staff was friendly and helpful.Parking is free and very convenient to load the luggage directly from the lift at basement. We only stayed one nght , so there is no time to explore the area arund the property.

First time at a Hampton Inn and we were VERY impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff! We will for sure book at a Hampton Inn again! Shout out to Housekeeping for their amazing efforts and a HUGE thank you to Bella who worked the breakfast! She found me gluten free Oatmeal and gluten free bread that she personally toasted in a separate toaster both mornings! She went above and beyond to grab me a tray for my drinks too! Bella you are the sweetest!

I liked the fact that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't like the price of the room for all the noise from the gym above late at night and really early in the morning and the room shook.

Does tea in the hotel was good. But we had a blockage in the bathroom but there was nobody at night to resolve the technical issue. The manager in the morning informed me that you will get compensated for your inconvenience but never received anything from them. It's not a good thing to promise a customer and then do not deliver on that.
