I visited with my two children (ages 4 and 6). We found the location perfect for all the places we planned to visit during our stay (museums, Cosmic Adventures, Parliament Hill, parks, etc.) Our drive to our destinations was never more than 20 minutes away (except for driving to Gatineau during peak times, but this was understandable). The hotel met all our needs. My children were disappointed with the limited entertainment (TV) options within the hotel, but that was just for in the evenings when we returned from our adventures from the day, so low on our priority list. I communicated with hotel staff several times before our visit to adjust the dates of our trip, and they were incredibly helpful and friendly both before the trip and during our stay. We loved our trip and can't wait to revisit Ottawa. We would definitely return to this hotel.
