"The hotel and staff were generally excellent. However, the hotel had corporate events on during our stay. This meant that some of the hotel’s facilities were either not available to us, or too busy, including restaurants and pub. This would not have been a problem for us had there been any warning or notice to the hotel’s other guests. There was no such notification and as a result we weren’t able to plan around this and had to eat out "

"Firstly, the location of the property is exceptional. The views from the rooms & multi-level terracing are incredible. Beach area is great & staff in nearly all areas is good. Sadly, this could be a truly outstanding 4* property but for some frustrations. For instance, we stayed for 5 nights & the quality, quantity & supply of soaps/shampoos was poor; no tissues in the room; supply & quality of towels very intermittent & unpredictable - had to keep asking for 2hand/2 bath; room was a little...

"Amazing hotel, friendly staff, and lovely pool overlooking the sea. Pebble beach on the sea, great with water shoes. There was construction during our stay, but it wasn’t much of an inconvenience… We took Ubers and walked home from the old city and beaches. Highly recommend!"

"Overall the hotel was good, although personally I would not stay here again. My personal points. Pros 1) staff very friendly and helpful. 2) maids were excellent, room was also spotless. 3) general hotel was clean and well presented. 4) close to a small beach, although the beach was often crowded and the sea was quite shallow, if you like swimming it was possible to wade out 150m to the deaper water. 5) walkable distance to the old town, approx 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. 6) shops...
