The beds wetter comfortable and the location great. Fitness room goes were weird. Wifi was out half the stay. Coffee maker had crusty dirt in it. I heard others complain that the television didn't work. Parking was great and free.

Staff were friendly, room was clean and very spacious. The only thing tha took us from 5 stars to 4 was our room was jus off the elevator (not the problem, that part was handy) but music was playing out of a speaker in the ceiling in the morning and woke us up early.

The hotel is what you would expect in a busy tourist spot. We had the pleasure of a hockey tourney going on so there was like 5 teams of 10 years olds in the hotel. Staff were good shutting down the hall hockey though! Only real negative review was the did not disclaim the restaurant was under reservation which meant no breakfast included, which was a bit of a hit on the wallet having kids and having to go out for breakfast both mornings…the Reno’s they’ve been doing are pretty rough too, painters tape left up everywhere, construction debris etc

Bathroom basin etc in bedroom Toilet extremely low difficult for elderly Balcony dirty with spider webs everywhere, mold around windows, could not use it at all. Odd chairs with tiny side On check in we were told wifi was down and that they were working on restoring it but it would probably be weak which it was. Kitchens closed for renovations so hot breakfast had to be ordered for us to heat in microwave. First morning got breakfast on time, following two mornings we did not order and ordered last morning for delivery at 9 and at 9.15 when we followed up on not receiving it we were told they ‘ran out of procducts as they were having difficulty either kitchen not being functional’ in their own words!! They now owe us credit for 3 mornings which they said they will refer back to Expedia for resolution . All in all not a pleasant experience experience and definitely not worth what we paid for. We will never visit the Holiday Inn in Osoyoos again.
