« Honestly, when I go away, I really enjoy a hot tub this hotel advertises that they have a hot tub and it is literally a non-functioning hot tub which is hot bath water. I stayed here a few years ago. The jets worked in the hot tub and it was functioning and now the hotel is too cheap to fix it and they just label it as a spa so it was all right. »

Stayed 2 nights at Wingate by Wyndham and had a very disappointing experience. We were told there would be no staff available during our stay, which was concerning right away. The room was not clean (hair in the bathroom, visible mold in the shower), the sink only had cold water, and the tap was barely attached. To make matters worse, part of the ceiling fell while I was trying to rest after a long trip from Alberta.
