  • The "New Retreat" is your perfect cozy getaway nestled on Van Etten Lake, fully updated with all the amenities - A/C,
    Wi-Fi, private dock access, new steps to the water, and a new deck overlooking the water. This cottage underwent a re-model in Spring 2022 to accommodate up to 6 overnight guests with two bedrooms and one full bath. All new windows added in 2024. City water added! Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. You will find a Smart TV in the living room as well as a sunroom overlooking the water for all your lake views! Relax outdoors on your private deck or park your water toys on your private dock. You will find all you need for a relaxing getaway in Northern Michigan at The New Retreat!
