The front desk lady was super helpful. Very happy with our room. Excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast buffet has a lot of variety of food to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Osaka.

Hotel Nikko Osaka has a somewhat corporate vibe, which might not appeal to everyone. While the location is excellent, directly connected to the subway for easy city access, the check-in process was slow, with a longer-than-expected queue upon arrival. The room was quite small, with the bed pushed against the wall, which would make it difficult for two people to get in and out comfortably. Soundproofing could also be improved, as I could hear noise from the next room, which was a bit disruptive. Breakfast was average, offering the basics but nothing outstanding. On the plus side, the staff were polite and professional, which added to the overall experience. While the location and staff were definite positives, some aspects of the stay, such as room layout and sound insulation, could benefit from improvement.

Great location. Shinsaibashi is directly underneath the hotel with escalator access. Plenty of food options at Daimaru, Parco and surrounding area. Good coffee is hard to find though. The best was Streamer Coffee Company one block away. They dont open until 9am and service is not fast but worth the wait.
