Agora Place was close to the action, shopping, and Thai massage. And, it was very easy to walk to the Airport Bus limousine to Osaka International Airport. My room faced the alley and a bar was open until the wee hours in the morning so I heard the revelers sing happy birthday @ 2A. Sigh.
