« We stayed at the Berger Guest House in April and it was beautiful! The pool was not open yet, but we all enjoyed walking the property and watch the serenity of the place- there was literally a swan swimming on the pond. The house had a lovely open floor plan so it was great for our girls trip! »

« Zero issues with this property all the amenities were provided as far as bedding/linens, towels/ washcloths pretty much fully stocked kitchen as far as pots, pans, skillets, dining ware, glass ware, pretty much any kind of utensil you might need in the kitchen they have you covered. Just came home from our first ever sisters trip and it was amazing, very secluded, quiet, even though the owners live on the property they are still a bit away from where we stayed. « Very clean,family friendly, even though it was 7 miles out of town they were very Accommodating,they came to puck us up at the train station and there's a van that will take you into town and you can take the trolley to all the wineries,shopping, we all loved our stay,i would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys the fram life, they have lots of history, and animals, thank you Susan and Mike for all that you did to make our stay memorable, we would definitely come back. »

« This is a very cute little house on the end of a quiet street. It's within easy walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and bars between 1st Street and 5th Street. If you don't mind a longer, hillier walk you could also go further south to City Park or to Stone Hill winery. But there's also easy transportation on the Trolley or local ride services. « When we arrived the access code given via email did not work. I called several times, sent a messge through VRBO and did not get a response back from the host until the next morning. If I had not called several other 'known associates' that I found online we would have been locked out all night in the cold. The host does not offer an alternate contact option. Then the second night it was rather cold at 12 and only 1 of the heaters was working. The information binder indicated extra blankets but...
