"i looked at all the pictures & read all the reviews & i decided to book .This is not a resort it is most definitely a motel ,Room was dirty upon check in ,like really dirty ,people at the front desk are very rude & I did not feel comfortable about going to them about the dirty room ,so i cleaned it my self ,they did not tell me about the towel exchange ,when if you need new towels you have to bring them to exchange yourself ,did not know there is a service to call for a beach chair and umbrella to put on the beach for you ,there is no restaurant there or any kind of room services ,also there was no place for us to park at night except across the street which which looked very sketchy ,the elevators hardly work ,smell and are very hot ,I asked for the lowest floor and they gave me the highest which is 7th floor so trust me I was sweating in that elevator ,on my last day there I finally spoke to a manager Jeremy and he was super nice & understanding ,only reason I would go back to that motel is to give him the benefit of the doubt of changing things for the better ....otherwise I would never go back"
