The shimmering pool and pool spa are all yours, privately enclosed in the home's background. When you're out exploring the area, head for Orange Lake Golf, or to neighboring Orlando where the Disney and Universal Parks are ready to host hours and hours of family-filled fun!

Boasting an open-concept layout, the living room, dining room, and kitchen blend together in perfect unison. Gather as a family on the sprawling sofa while tuned into a movie night while the chef of your family whips up delicious dishes in the full kitchen. When it's time to eat, dine at the breakfast table, at the breakfast bar, or at the formal dining table. Also in this space, you will have access to a private washer/dryer, making chores the least of your concerns.

The garage-converted game room features a pool table and ample seating, and the second seating room offers a peaceful spot for the kiddos to tune into their weekend morning cartoons.

Each of the seven bedrooms is well-decorated and provides plenty of sprawling space, ensuring everyone's comfort. The kids are sure to love the playful colors and decorations adorning their rooms and you will love the spa-like en suite bathrooms off of both of the primary bedrooms. Indulge in some you-time here when you sink into the impressive soaking tub.

The pool/spa do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation.
“Please note: The resort requires a one-time fee of $20 per vehicle for community access, payable separately.”

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
