About this space  
Nestled in one of the most coveted neighborhoods near Downtown Orlando (Ivanhoe Village), you'll be within a 5-min walk to tons of restaurants, bars, breweries, and boutique shops.  
  
Boasting a heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, patio area w/seating & two living areas -you'll have ample room to play, entertain or relax in your Tropical Oasis!

The space  
The Master bedroom with en-suite is on the Ground floor, and is equipped with a King sized bed and 40” smart TV. This room has direct private access to the pool/patio area. There is a Queen bedroom, and another room with two Single beds upstairs.  
  
Both bathrooms are located on the Ground floor. The Master suite has a walk-in shower, and the other has a shower/tub combo.  
  
Take in the backyard Oasis, where you can also play a game of darts, ring toss, or basketball.  
  
There are two living room areas, both are thoughtfully decorated to make you feel right at home with Electric Fireplaces for optimal coziness. Enjoy your favorite streaming platforms on the 65” Smart HD TV, have some quiet time with a good book, or choose from a variety of board games to play with family & friends.  
  
Backyard is fully fenced in. You will have access to 2 parking spaces in the driveway. Additional street parking is available nearby if needed.
