Incredibles Hideaway is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom second floor condo in block number 2 of Windsor Hills. This floor plan is the biggest of any condo in Windsor Hills and with 1410 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic! Located less than 2 minutes from the main clubhouse and pool area, complete with a superb water park, Incredibles Hideaway provides an enjoyable view of some of the resort amenities which can be enjoyed from your private patio. As you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped. A little more room is always a good thing for a family on vacation, but Incredibles Hideaway still has a relaxing feel to it, which probably comes from the soothing pastel shades chosen to decorate the condo. The tasteful furnishings, the amount of thought that has gone into preparing the home, and the themed bedroom that kids will really love, all combine to make this lovely condo an ideal choice for a family vacation. Incredibles Hideaway sleeps 8 people comfortably, and this is where the extra living space really does come into play. The bedrooms consist of one King size master which has full en-suite facilities, a Queen room which is very nicely decorated too, and a third bedroom which houses 2 sets of twin bunk beds, themed for children featuring their favorite Incredible characters. The Queen and Bunk bedrooms share the second full bathroom. We should also at this point add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay, another great feature offered in your home from home. Incredibles Hideaway also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. \*Every room has a wall mounted TV, and please note too that the home also enjoys high speed wireless internet access, offered complimentary to all Evergreen guests. Another really attractive feature of this home is that all the floors are either tiled or have laminate flooring, so no carpets to worry about here, something that is proving to be increasingly popular with guests. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. The pool was nice and clean. We felt safe to walk from the pool to our room or vice versa at night. I would definitely stay there again, only reason I didn't give it five stars when looking for my husbands lost cell phone in the couch it was full of popcorn and a couple wrappers that were not ours. After some time he was able to locate us under a completely different unit not even owned by them. It took quite some time to get someone on the phone to figure out what was going on. After a long drive with overtired kids, it was frustrating to have that issue and not much urgency from vacasa. They didn’t seem bothered by the issue and didn’t offer much resolution. The guard was nice enough to let us in as guests of the wrong unit, but there was no follow up from the company to confirm that we had the right place. Luckily there wasn’t anyone already in the condo when we attempted to enter, and our stay was uninterrupted. They were supposed to call us back with a resolution and never did. I’m not sure if it was an error on the part of vacasa or Windsor hills, but neither party cared to resolve or communicate with us. The condo itself was very clean and the only issue inside was the fridge/freezer not being very cold. We didn’t realize until it was much later that nothing was freezing in the freezer and items in the fridge weren’t super cold. We didn’t end up reporting it to vacasa because we had a short stay and didn’t feel they would do much while we were there. We had bottles of water in the freezer for 3 days that never came close to freezing and we tossed the leftovers in the fridge to be safe. ##### Krissy R. There's a few things that need addressing - heat didn't work while we were there and we happened to visit during a cold snap, freezer didn't freeze and we had to throw away frozen food we purchased. The location to Disney is close and the water park was amazing. We had a good choice of restaurants that were close by as well. Overall, I don’t think we could have made a better choice. It took 2 hrs to get Vacasa to send the paperwork to Windsor hills… so much for early check in!! The rental property was not clean and in disrepair. The security lock on the door was broke, there was no stopper in the master bedroom sink, the kitchen sink faucet was very difficult to move, cobwebs and dust thru out, couch and loveseat cushions kept sliding out and one of the arms was ripped. The location was good for the theme parks. The whole condo needed deep cleaning and a makeover! ##### Mary C. Checking in was not fun- I got an email the day before asking for names of all people above the age of 16\. I did that. Then I got an email that I had not completed what was requested. I emailed them back with the information and sent a follow up email checking to make sure check in would be ok. But I was emailed the check in info and seemed like everything was ok. When we checked in security wouldn’t let us through. 20 mins later and we got everything figured out. They did need all of the childrens names which was kinda creepy. The condo was decent. Cheap hotel towels, two broken drawer fronts in bathrooms, and one trash bag to use for the whole week. Also had to call for maintenance for the ice maker that wasn’t working and the master bedroom light bulbs that were burnt out. Maintenance did fix the ice maker within a few days. No one addressed the burnt lightbulbs. It was a spacious condo and beds were decent. They did have a stroller and pack n play but we didn’t need those. Would have appreciated kitchen towels, trash bags, and better towels. We would stay at Windsor Hills again but not at this condo. ##### Missy V.
