This house is beautiful inside and out the area is so clean and peaceful. This house was nice and spacious very clean as well came with plates and cooking utensils. I really loved the security features the house has front door locks automatically and the back door leading to the pool has an alarm which is so helpful if you have little ones. The family enjoyed our stay we definitely would come back!

Beautiful house

What is not to love. Four bedrooms, two kings, two queens, balconies where you can see the top of Everest at AK.Your own pool. Only tiny minor complaint was the floors were a bit dirty. Not visible but my socks would turn grey walking on the first floor. Not the owner's fault though, just a cleaning thing. Loved it. Would highly recommend.

Good stay.

We stayed at this same property 2 years ago and our experience was grand! So when the total of our 6 night stay(with early check-in and pet fee) was a few dollars short of 3 grand, I didn’t mind. However throughout our stay, I realized I probably wouldn’t book this stay again. Our overall stay was good. I compiled the Pros and Cons list. Pros: *We had more than enough space as it was just myself, 2 kids and our chihuahua. So we shut one bedroom off and didn’t use it. *Pool, even though with circumstance listed below, we didn’t use it for 2 of our 6 days stay. Cons: *The floors were really dirty. Walking on the bare floor with socks on, the socks were filthy in less than 2 hours. Bare feet as well. This was noted in another review, so it definitely needs to be addressed with the cleaning company. *The bait stations aren’t effective! First and second day we had to fish a rat out of the pool. Have photos of occurrences! Definitely needs to be addressed with whatever preventive service the stations are thru. So on those days, due to sanitary reasons, I didn’t let the kids in. *Early check in fee. Though no one occupied the property the week of my check-in, (I know this because I constantly checked the availability) the early check in fee was high. They took advantage knowing we wanted to shower before our Disney lunch reservation, coming off of a 6 hour drive! * Some of the dishes weren’t clean. You could tell they were wiped off and returned back to the cupboards.
