Premier private pool home, golfing resort Highland Reserve!

This is a beautifully appointed private pool home in a peaceful location with sweeping views over the golf course situated on the popular and well-located community of Highlands Reserve, offering easy access to all major Orlando attractions. This immaculate home offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, two dining areas, two lounges and a spectacular pool deck with large private swimming pool and jacuzzi. It is beautifully themed throughout in coastal decor with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Outside the patio boasts a large, covered lanai, furnished with a patio table and chairs and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the Florida climate. A grill is also provided for use while you stay. There is a large games room with a full-size air hockey table, snooker table and foosball. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms; a master king suite, a queen suite and two rooms with two twin beds in each sleeping 8 guests. A further room off the master king bedroom has a full-size bed suitable for additional children, taking the maximum occupancy to 10 guests. There is private driveway parking right outside the home. The neighborhood is peaceful and private. Regret no smoking or pets. Pool/jacuzzi heat is available upon request for an additional fee. There are a variety of shops, restaurants and stores located nearby.

Fabulous villa with great amenities

Fabulous villa with everything you could need. Lovely and clean, great facilities, air conditioning and games room. The pool area was fantastic, not overlooked and with a view of the golf course. Everything was straightforward and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

Good vacation

The property had enough room for all of us and the kids enjoyed it. There were a few issues and while David was responsive, the office didn't send anyone out to repair the heat (we stayed during a cold snap), fire alarm, etc. The property was fairly close to all the parks, groceries and things we needed.

Wonderful relaxing time

David was amazing and responded to all of my requests and questions promptly. The property was perfect with room to spread out and a fun garage game room for the kids to play games while the adults were cooking. The location was close enough to all of the attractions yet far enough away not to have all of the commercialization. There was plenty of grocery stores and restaurants close by if there was a last minute request. The subdivision was quiet, appeared safe, and we couldn’t have been happier with the location. Everything was perfect especially the pool and hot tub. Thanks for the opportunity to rent it from you for the week.

Very nice property. The pictures were accurate.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. With the exception of an incorrect password for the Wi-Fi, left trash behind the couch and dust and or dirt in the window seal in the back bedroom. I would definitely recommend.
