Any of the reviews that you read about the conditions of the property being poor is accurate. They charge way too much for the condition of the property. Thankfully we o ly stayed one night. Usually i really like Holiday Inns, but this is a hard pass. Stay somewhere else.

Fun for kids but our room was a little dirty. Vent in bathroom filled with dust corners of the room and bathroom disgusting DEEP clean is needed.. there should be at least one free meal or drink daily with a $50 a night resort fee

Our kids loved the arcade and pool, but the pool was very crowded most nights. Housekeeping wasn’t frequent but when we requested items they delivered them quickly. Overall a decent hotel up stay at with family.

Everything was great with the waterpark and checking in. Room wasn’t cleaned once during our 5 night stay. When we asked staff workers they would get super upset and just say “I don’t speak English” when I complained the housekeepers came in and just made the queen size bed and didn’t bother to make the bunk beds or clean the bath room. I wiped the floor with a towel and was disgusted on the amount of dirt that came out seem to have not been cleaned in a long time.

The room floor was disgusting to say the least…my baby feet were black from crawling around on them… I had to clean the floor myself because no one came to clean them. Took 3 towels to clean floor. had no wash clothes, the tv in bedroom was broken, my daughter cut herself on a tile in pool, no towels at the oasis pool another family said there were no towels since 3p earlier so no one checks area, the was friendly but did not speak English, everyone was nice! However u can tell there is zero management to see over areas

Rooms dont look like they do on website only certain ones. Overall I had a nice time but my view was an ugly view looking at the parking lot with alot of dirt and no grass. Recommend putting grass down the hotel makes alot of money so the outside should be very nice more then what it looks like now just my opinion.

Me and my kids went to Florida for about a week. We only stayed at this hotel for the last 3 nights of our vacation and from the moment I walked in to check in I instantly got bad vibes. I didn’t realize that I was charged over $500 at check in. You have to pay for parking which is ridiculous since I’m already paying for resort fees. And I wish I would’ve looked at one of the guys name tag because he talked down on me and I’m pretty positive he was a manager or something. But anyway we will not be back. Thanks for ruining the end of my vacation

The staff are pretty kind don’t get me wrong. However, they try and help but nothing truly gets done. I’m not one for complaining, I’m grateful that I can even afford to even go out. And when I do I’m not expecting to stay at the ritz Carlton hotel. Clearly lol, but I do expect to feel safe somewhere as well to have managers actually care and be helpful not pretend as if they do.

When playing in the waterpark my son stepped on a needle! YES a NEEDLE! I had to pull it from his foot and when I reported it to lifeguards they just acted like who cares! One girl said “aww is he okay”!? I had to ask them for antibiotic ointment and a bandaid! Then I went to the front desk and spoke to the girl out there even she seemed disgusted! Security came out and took an incident report. They “fixed” this by giving my son a free Ice cream! Meanwhile we flew home and now I have to bring him to the doctors!

We waited for 30 min to check in. Our room floor, laminated floor, was all bubbled and ends not completely finished. Noisy from sliding pump and kids running around, not really cleaned elevator & around area. Market placed restaurants was half closed on weekday 6 pm. Only restaurants open was Chinese, pizza, and bar. I was going to try Chinese food but the food looks very dry, and not really want to pay for it.

Running a leaf blower down the walkways past the rooms at 7 AM is not cool. We wanted to sleep in on our vacation. Also, parking charges should not exist, since this is Holiday Inn property. Why would you have to charge guests for parking, when no one else but guests are using that parking lot?

Plenty things to do for all ages. If you need anything you can’t text them and they will have someone to bring things directly to your room. Just didn’t like the fact that the pool area closed @9 at a resort.

This property is as close as you can get to Disney Parks without having to stay on property. It's spacious with a king bedroom plus a space for bunk beds and a space for the kitchenette/living area. Parking is ideal here; it's motel style, right outside your room. The pool area is adequate for teens but appears geared toward younger kids. It certainly isn't the cleanest and they do not come clean the room daily as they do in other hotels. The trash was taken a couple times during our 5 night stay, towels were brought in as much as needed and when I called the desk for items they were very responsive. I recommend it if you're looking for convenience but don't need anything fancy.

Terrible, terrible terrible. The extra fees they don’t tell you about. They think they own your money, they just go from authorizations to authorizations from your bank account and when ask them they act as if they don’t know and point blank LIE to your face. Terrible!!!

While the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the chain owners need to make some changes to the cleanliness and upkeep of the property grounds and certain features in the rooms. The towels provided both in room and by the pool were of incredibly poor quality and were not large enough for an adult of average weight and size, let alone a larger adult. Additionally, the twin bed mattresses were also poor quality. Even kids deserve to sleep on a mattress that does not sink down to the base every time they lay down. Overall, the pool was fun and the location was great, but we will not be staying again and would not recommend it to others.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was my daughter’s birthday and they left a little gift in the room for her, it was very sweet! The only thing that was wrong was the ac didn’t work well in our room it was hot. Other than that everything was great especially for the price I’d definitely go back.

This was the worst property we visited in Orlando. Room was dirty, staff was un organized and rude, waterpark portion was dirty and water was freezing. Did not stay not even one night. Could not even checkout because there was a line out the door. Resquested a refund from holiday inn and didn’t get any response still months later

Overcharged even for parking and when I called to ask any extra fees they said no extra fees would apply. Had to pay to park and then had to park 2 buildings away from the building where my room was. I'll never stay nor suggest this hotel. Not to mention couldn't even get to the pool or water park due to overcrowding

The resort staff staff as a whole were not very complimentary. Seemed like they were all made to be at work. Like I asked them to he there. I was very disappointed with the customer service. The bed in my unit was broken and the maintenance guy had to come at 10 at night to fix it and u have to pay extra 80 dollars for resort fees they said it was for the water park and when we checked in the water park closed in 20 mins upon arrival and u have to leave at 10 am the next day and we didn’t even get to use the water park and we have 3 kids so it was disappointing

Although our stay was until 26th Sunday; we were told until Saturday. All because front desk couldn’t find my reservation. My keys were made TWICE wrong. 30 min to just speak w someone at front because of line and how slow it moves. Medicine and diapers in room were needed, couldn’t get to them because of front desk mistake. What felt like a mile trek just to get to front, all with 3 small children. Spent majority of my afternoon waiting, walking, being locked out of room, just a nightmare! $300 a night for what?? Wasted almost all afternoon of my vacay. Broke down in tears at front desk only to be looked at by ‘manager’ with zero remorse. No apologies. Nothing. Absolutely appalled. Never coming back. I never complain. Ever. This was a waste of time and money. I will be contacting corporate.

We have been coming to this resort for 3 years and the amount of improvements they have been doing is awesome. This last trip we kept finding new things they have added on or improved. Painting, new sitting areas, more loungers around the pools, tables and even their gardens have been improved. The food is good, drinks are cold and kids always have a blast.

The staff was phomenional especially Gaby at the front desk. My grandkids lived in the Waterpark and basketball court. My only low would be the unforeseen fees and prices at restaurant on site. Apart from that everyone has a wonderful time.

We stayed at this property on April 26-28, Very clean, staff was very helpful and courtesy, loved the convenience with the restaurant's and ice cream shop on the premises, really no reason to leave once you get to the Hotel. I took my grandkids, and they had an amazing time. I really would recommend this place if you have kids. We enjoyed the water park, we liked that the park had an area for the younger kids and bigger kids as well. We enjoyed playing mini golf, and also, enjoyed the pool area over in the area our room was, it had the bounce slides on the pool deck. My grandkids ages were 16, 13, 5 and 2. There were something for each of them to do, and they definitely cant wait to go again.

Overall, the hotel was average but the ataff is very nice. There is not enough seating at the oasis pool, the waterpark near the lagoon pool was not fully operational and the amenities close early. The best feature of this resort is the close proximity to the Disney theme parks. Beware of added fees at check in and the high cost of food/drinks. Expedia told us of the added fees but when we arrived the hotel charged us way more than we had been originally told. We honestly would not stay at this resort again.

Came home from dinner with my wife and 2 kids . There was a couple have sex in the hallway . Went to the gas station after this , there was knocking on the door of the room asking if she liked what she saw and if she wanted to join .
