Summary: With onsite resort amenities, a private pool, and 2 stories of space for your family to enjoy, Main Street in Paradise Palms is a dream home for your Orlando getaway. The Space: Unforgettable Florida memories will be made in your pool area, made completely private by colorful walls and a screened covering. Soak up the sun from seating arranged around the water, or relax on the shaded patio with outdoor dining set where you can keep an eye on all the action. The home’s main level includes an open concept area with cozy living space and kitchen. Perfect for group hang outs, plush couches face a smart tv where you can watch movies ahead of meeting your favorite characters at Orlando’s famed parks. Ample dining space is provided between the formal dining table, breakfast nook, and barstool seating, all of which you’ll pass on your way to the fully equipped kitchen. Here, guests can make use of stainless-steel appliances, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and blender to prepare convenient meals and snacks at home. This home sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and tv. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and dual vanities. Bedroom #3 has a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle THINGS TO NOTE: Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. The home has an additional shared bathroom with walk-in shower. Washer and dryer in unit. Pool can be heated for an additional fee of $29 per night. Please contact our customer service after you have booked your stay for further payment. \- Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home. Note: cold fronts in the winter months (<60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to . 1 parking pass is provided. All guest names must be submitted to us for entry to this community. \-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity​ in the community. \-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. An exceptional array of restaurants and shopping is nearby including Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex with nightly live music, artisan markets, and popular retailers. All the great hallmarks of an Orlando trip are within striking distance. Disney World is 15 minutes away, and Universal Studios can be reached in 40 minutes. Other great attractions near Kissimmee include SeaWorld, Gatorland, and Kissimmee Old Town. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Community amenities are good, Pool is great for the family. Close to Disney. Property was fine but some tweaks would add value. 1) Mattresses are noisy and not very supportive any longer. Sofa was a better night's rest. 2) Cleaning team could do better, Lint trap in the dryer was full of lint when we came in. Lint very visible in around the washer/dryer as well. Dishes put away with clear remnants of food in them. Things a property management company should be catching and addressing. Also, you can see signs of ceiling repair in several rooms due to some prior event, Patch work could be better. 3) Was not given prior notice, that I recall, that a pool cleaning company just comes in with no advance warning to service the pool. Scared the living hell out of my wife and daughter. A simple heads-up would have been very much appreciated. They were very good on other basic communications. ##### Jose A.
