The place was great. If you are staying extra days besides going to parks it's a good deal. No complimentary breakfast though so just plan for that.

The internet is terrible in the rooms. So keep this in mind if you are on a business trip or working vacation. This would not be the ideal location. The hot water system was also unable to keep up with the recent cold spell. This made showers at any time of the day quite the adventure. Apart from this the property is clean and staff friendly.

Owner is great, quick on responses. The resort is nice, good location for lots of activities. The room itself was great for 2, very nice to have the patio and a kitchenette. Could have been a little cleaner. Overall great, though, would stay again.

Location and resort perfect

Location is ideal to everything. The property has numerous pools, bars and restaurants plus a Starbucks. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. Just made things super simple

Very good for the price convenient to all parks

Room was small but efficient for the price. Good for sleeping pretty comfy bed. Very close to many of the parks. Spend time at the pools or the parks during day sleep in the room at night that's what this place is best for.

The property was great! Great walking path, boats and fishing gear to rent, restaurants on site.

Loved being able to fish off the dock... Bath tub was amazing, large seperate shower. Would definitely ask for a lake view room next time if available. The property was a large complex, multiple buildings. Restaurants on site. Staff was so nice! We had a rental car so going anywhere was easy. It was about 10-15 min drive to Orange County Convention Center. The resort had great walking paths. Overall great stay! I would stay again.

Property is old ... ice machine in our building was broken. Could not find a machine that worked Was expecting daily room service ... not. No morning coffee Waterpark was not included ... there was an extra fee for every amenity ... eventhough presented as being included

Some good…some not so good

It is difficult to know the upkeep status of the rental you are choosing through VRBO as you have some options at check in. Thus explains why some find a shower that is dingy and others report “I don’t know why they said that.” The amenities are accurate and consistent. My room (414b) kept me busy. I had to have the toaster replaced, toilet parts replaced, and the air conditioning unit serviced. Additionally, the unit had 5 extremely fluffy pillows thus I requested a flatter one. Supposedly they were all out thus brought me a 6th fluffy one 👀. Overall, a bit disappointing on my second stay .

I was surprised at how small the room was. The pictures online made it look larger and more spacious. I packed food to cook as it was listed to have a kitchen. All I had was a microwave and a refrigerator for a kitchen. The room served its purpose but it was quite crammed.

Orange Bowl

Went down for the Orang Bowl. Jake was amazing and helpful. During our stay we had a few issues which most were fixed quickly. Went downstairs to front several times due to getting locked out of room and having to fix key cards and the outside door leading to our door would jam if shut causing us to not be able to get in. I was told they would send someone to fix it but never did ( we just kept it open). My son had gotten sick in the middle of the night all over the bed and needing. I had to strip the bed. I called down front and asked for new bedding 2 hours later they showed up (after I called 3 times). With that said, however, this place is beautiful, so many fun things, we loved the pools, arcade, restaurants and the activities. We had so much fun with the DJ at one of the pools. I would come back again as things do happen and I understand that but do like to be honest. I look forward to coming back again and this time touring and possibly becoming an owner. Thank you again!

Absolutely fantastic

My friend and I came down to Orlando for a few days to enjoy the parks. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when I booked the room, but when we arrived it was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were very clean and the entire facility was absolutely fantastic. Even if we weren’t visiting the parks, I would have enjoyed just the facility itself. I highly recommend booking here. It is a fantastic location and phenomenal for the price!

Quick weekend getaway

I pick this resort for a weekend getaway for me and my husband and the price was good. We had a facet leak once we checked in, but it was resolved quickly. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our weekend getaway at the resort. I will visit again. Thanks
