staff were excellent. We had two rooms One of our family members got locked in both bathrooms. According to maintenance it happens regularly. Maintenance had to come and fix the bathroom sink Not up to standards to other Hyatts we’ve stayed

Found a pair of men’s underwear under the sheets. Clearly not common practice for staff to put fresh linens on beds after a guest checks out.

Awesome property and very convenient to Disney,Sea World and Universal. I made a mistake with my reservation on Expedia, but Carolina at the front desk, happily sorted it. She made such a great first impression. We will definitely stay here again as we are annual Disney pass holders.

This is a great hotel for the price. check in was a breeze, no extra parking or resort fees. great breakfast and close to disney.

They had a very nice breakfast. They did not chsrge for parking. They had alot of towels in the bathroom, and plenty of shampoo and conditioner. The only thing I didnt like are that the pillows are too heavy.

Property was dirty, understaffed, did not get room service once, piles of people’s trash was in hallway since they did not get room service and there was cockroaches as well. The pool was also dirty with dead lizards in the hot tub and stained pool towels.

Good price quality relationship . Overall it was a good stay. The staff is friendly. The location is close to disney parks which is great. Because of the age, the elevator takes some time to arrive. The breakfast was average. Pretty much the same food everyday which is boring if you stay several days.

Grounds could use some updating, pool was freezing even though it said heated, Hot tub was broken. No fans in bathrooms so ceiling paint was bubbled and peeling off. Could use a good cleaning.

Staff was not helpful, food was mid and the laundry was not working. The hot tub was cold and the pool was dirty. The shuttle left at horrible times in the day and the cable tv kept cutting off.

The property wasn’t super clean. We saw feces smeared on the ground by the elevator and the next morning we went to the elevator it was still there. You can hear other guest in the hallway while you are in your room pretty clearly. I had a loud guest wake me up because of this. The free breakfast was ok.. the hotel ran out of utensils and the entire time no one came out to look at what supplies needed to be replenished. The toilet has very low pressure and you could not flush any solids without having it clog which we ran into unfortunately..

Giving 2 stars only because it’s a Hyatt. It felt like motel 8, you have to walk to front desk to get towels, shower was pretty bad, racist unfriendly front desk girl. List goes on. Avoid this one if you can.

This place was clean but I wouldn’t stay here as they are not a full service hotel. They clean every other day, the breakfast isn’t good, and it’s not that updated. The staff was very friendly and kind. The place was clean just I was looking for a higher quality hotel.

First the hot tub is not working. The elevator took 30mins to get onto. When it come everyone squeezes in cause it the wait. Stains on couch. No Disney theme like the website says. Tv couldn’t even here it because one for bunk by is closest to your head and tv for king bed was so far we could only hear kids tv… that was closer than our tv. I hate to complain but I get once a year to take a vacation and this year really sucks because of my hotel stay!! People under us also called and said we were loud! UNDER US!! Said my kids were jumping on the bed. Then people would watch us walk down the hallway. Like my kids are here I’m sorry this is a family hotel and we are on vacation. My kids are on vacation. I’m not going make them sit and not walk on the floor. I’m so very dissatisfied that I will never ever us Hyatt again !!!

A very nice property close to Disney and not far from Universal. The here staff are 5 Star. The pool is great. The only minor complaint is that the hot tub does not work.
