With a private entrance, free parking on premises, smart lock self check-in, wifi, a dedicated workspace, and a pet-friendly policy, the home supports both relaxation and practicality throughout your stay. Guest Access: During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as: \-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park; \-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa; \-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa; \-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa; \-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion; \-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park; \-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center. IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. The Neighborhood: Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! Getting Around: Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side. Other Things to Note: The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300\. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding! Interaction with Guests: We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Although we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! The cleaning team was present upon our arrival and they walked us inside explaining the main bathroom had a leak. Within a day got very worst but the management team send someone right away and fix the problem very fast. The home was very spacious and clean. The kitchen has everything you need but it can use some more accessories like glasses that are not plastic as well as plates (no plastic). Overall we were only 4 people in this property so for us was more than enough, but if you go with a large group you might need more glass wear. The bedrooms are big and also were clean and perfectly presentable. The location was nice since you don’t have neighbors on the back view and neighbors on both sides of the house were absolutely quiet and friendly as well as the personal that clean the pool was. The neighborhood was excellent for afternoon walks or golf cart drives. The neighborhood has a lot to offer from golf to restaurants. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing vacations and that’s what we got in here. Our pet stayed with as at the home and everyone was very polite and nice about it. Since is a service dog he is super well behaved but I have to say he love to walk around so much green. The management was the best I ever came across. We stayed at Reunion 4 times already and we booked through different managements, this one was top notch from beginning to end.
