Wanted to experience staying at a Margaritaville resort. The area was very nice and quiet. we enjoyed dinner at the hotel and walking around the entertainment area despite the rain. The house itself was very easy to find on a quiet street and instructions were easy for access. We found parking for 4 cars without problem. The house was very clean and nice smelling. The furniture in general was in good order and we were able to find what we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable. Small problems were: there were no instructions regarding how to access the TV and if my son inlaw hadnt been there to figure it out we would have missed out on some Olympics that we wanted to watch. while were were there a tropical storm came thru with alot of rain and there was a leak in the kitchen from the window that we saw the day we left. I would warn older people that the flight of stairs could be a bit intimidating. The jacuzzi looked great but because of the rain we werent able to use it. All in all, it was a nice stay. If we had a big group again we would come back. The manager was very accessible with good communication. ##### courtney s.
