I generally always choose to stay here when I go to universal and Disney. It’s conveniently located, safe, with friendly staff. The only complaint I can ever muster up is EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here I get a sinus infection/cold or something similar. I think that’s due to the ac units I don’t know if they change the filters or something like that. The staff is friendly, and I will be back but I do hope they fix the ac or what ever issue it is.

Our room smelled I purchased a can of air freshener but it didn’t help much. There were hardly any good restaurants in the area or shopping. The washing machine wasn’t working and we were there for two days and our room was never cleaned.

We could walk to Universal. The free breakfast ran out of eggs by 8 am. We had to use the couch bed and it was very uncomfortable but we were able to get more bedding which did help a bit. Could walk across the parking lot to Miller's Ale, great prices and good food.

Firstly, property was far from main road. Secondly it had a funky smell. Thirdly, in the main hallway there were 3 buckets catching water that was coming from the ceiling. I have never stayed in someplace i regretted staying at until this place.

Room smelled like mildew. Pulled bed from couch and it was covered in mildew/mold. Reported it and asked to change the couch bed or rooms. They were unable to accommodate with either and since we paid in advance there was no refund/cancelation.

Property is a 20 minute walk to universal studios citywalk. Staff was freindly and helpful. Room was clean, but smelled of mold/mildew. Had to run AC max fan to keep the smell at a tolerable level. Property dont have a hot tub.

Good Basic Hotel
This was a nice hotel for a short stay. We only stayed 1 night to act as a layover for another hotel but we weren't disappointed. There's nothing that stands out about this hotel. It's a good, clean place to spend the night. The only downside is where it is located. It's back behind a shopping area and not easily visible. We were confused at first when trying to navigate to it.

We recently stayed at the fairfield inn January 2024. Overall the stay was excellent. The free breakfast was always plentiful They had a variety of options (bacon, sausages, cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels (including gluten free bagels everyday)) and the always replenished before things ran out. The floor we stayed on was quiet. Our room did have a musty/mouldy smell to it when you entered however. But it was otherwise clean. The towels were replaced every day. Had two tvs in the room which was nice so kids could watch their shows and we could watch ours during down time. The hotel had a free shuttle to universal everyday. Four times in morning and 3 times in evening It was quite convenient and picked us up right outside the front doors. There was plenty of fast food options walking distance (burger king is next door, mcdonalds dominos, kfc and taco bell). There were a few restaurants nearby. We went to Carrabba's. It was great. The premium outlets are also close by. A 10minute bus ride away or 30min walk if you are willing to do it. Overall a great hotel and very convenient! Would stay again.
