The location was perfect, less than a mile from Universal, easy walk for my daughter and me. Front desk staff was awesome - responsive, quick, friendly, very knowledgeable and informative. Hotel felt a little tired; it was not dirty but somehow didn’t feel quite sparkling clean either. There was a dog (unauthorized, not a service animal or registered with hotel) somewhere on my floor that kept barking. The staff was responsive and I think tried their best to track it down but I’m not sure they were ever successful. Having breakfast there was a great perk, prior to heading out for Universal one day and long drive home the next.

At check in, we had to go eat because a big group(at least 30 young kids) were checking in. There was a line behind them. Mgmt. Should have planned better and had one more person there to help the other guests. Why inconvenience all the other guests. No good!!! The place was ok. Clean. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel is perfect for universal or any other DT Orlando events. It's super close to universal. But it's close to a lot of restaurants. The hotel itself was overall great minus the musty smell, Maybe this is an old hotel. Breakfast and parking were included which is a plus in Orlando because those are usually tacked on fees.

Staff was so friendly. The breakfast was delicious and hot every day of our stay. When they cleaned our room when we were out at the parks they arranged the kids stuffys on the bed it was really cute.

The front desk agent was professional polite and friendly. The room smelled weird, it felt very humid, the AC unit was very noisy, the furniture was unpainted. The room in general looks old.

The location is so close to Universal Studios. The all day free coffee and tea station is a nice option. The food to buy is expensive and there is only 1 microwave. The breakfast options were good. The room was roomy and clean.
