Accommodating up to 16 guests, our exceptional 8-bedroom, 6-bathroom home is the perfect setting for a dream vacation. The community's popularity is no surprise, given its spectacular resort pool and clubhouse amenities. Sit in our super comfy furniture on the private pool deck area and enjoy the wonderful sunsets. This spacious fully air conditioned home is furnished with stylish comfortable décor. Newly installed vinyl plank floor to all ground floor bedrooms and upstairs loft area. Bedrooms comprise of a USA king Master Suite at the rear and a Queen Room to the front with adjacent shower room – both on the ground floor. Upstairs the remaining bedrooms comprise 2 king ensuite rooms, 1 king jack and Jill ensuite, 1 twin jack and Jill ensuite and two twin rooms with adjacent shower room. The 2 spacious living areas comprise of a Family Room with spacious sitting/tv area - open to the kitchen and dining area, with views over the spacious pool deck with pool and spa and water views. Upstairs is a second sitting room, with comfortable sitting area with a poker table and gaming area. There are traditional board games as well as x-box and large TV. There is a fully air conditioned games room with foosball, air hockey and slate bed full size pool table for all the family to enjoy. Your private large covered pool area offers a large pool, which can be heated on request, and has a spa tub with waterfall feature. If it gets too warm there is a large covered lanai with fans to keep you cool. There is plenty of very comfortable seating outside and loungers for you to make the most of the area at any time of day. Doors to the pool are alarmed, there is a pool fence if required. Newly installed handrails allow for easy access to pool and spa. The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking. Our home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and our beds extremely comfortable - just what you need after a hard day at the parks - with luxury bedlinen and plenty of towels, including pool towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a feast or a snack Babies have their own cot and eating utensils and there is a high chair, baby monitor and stair gates. ( 2 cribs available) Lots of little extras make our home from home special such as Hairdryer in every bathroom, music system in the games room with blue tooth capability, and comprehensive TV channels. Wi fi is fast and secure and Free in our home. USA Calls are Free Our wonderful management company, based close by, is on hand should any issues arise during your stay The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool It has a lazy river and a dedicated kiddie area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and also a volley ball court. There is also a games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes walk of our home and included in your rental rates. The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the 192 and about 15 minutes to Disney, 30 to SeaWorld and about 40 to Universal depending on traffic. There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places - on the 192 and route 27 Please send us a message if you need more information, we are more than happy to help you get the most from your vacation and give you more information about our home. Spacious villa with great bedroom accommodation and fab view over lake with amazing sunsets. Just a few little things that could be improved for instance in the kitchen. There are only 3 wine glasses and no small dishes for crisps dips etc. no cheese grater and no pizza cutter. Also the fan above the table outside didn’t work for the whole of our stay even though we reported it. The tvs in the sitting area and the bright room had no internet connection. These things didn’t spoil our holiday in any way but perhaps need attending to in the future In spite of these little niggles we have all had a wonderful time ##### Cynthia L. The house pool and community splash pad and lazy river were big hits with the children. Adults enjoyed the hot tub at nights. Lovely sunsets, well equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the community pool. The house had plenty of room for all seven of us. It was clean and well stocked. The pool was amazing and can't say enough about the hot tub. Sunsets were beautiful. We had a total of 14 people with us and with this house layout you’d never know it! The resort was beautiful and the private pool is always a must for us. We did visit the resort pool a couple of times because the little ones loved the play area-the food there was actually really good and kids loved the smoothies! Loved taking walks around the resort to get my little guy to sleep. Check in was a breeze with the private gate and door codes. Would absolutely stay here again! ##### Jennifer W. Plenty of room for everybody to sit together inside for meals and sitting together outside around the pool. We were there in early November, so we paid extra to have the pool heated, which we used a lot. You can't really tell how big the pools in rentals are from pictures on listings, I find. I didnt measure this pool but we were quite comfortable having 6 or 8 in the pool for games (they stock some pool toys). It is comfortable for two or three to do laps. The hot tub os spacious for 2, fine for four, crowded for six (but I know that for a reason LOL! We didn't have any children, but it seems to be well set up to accomodate children, including a safety fence for the pool. We were easikly able to take the fence down and set it aside. It was nice to have no neighbors behind us and the beautiful water view wuth a fountain and water birds. We brought our little dog and enjoyed being able to walk the neighborhood sidewalks. The cluphouse area is great. Huge areas for kids to swim and play, a playground, and tennis courts. You can buy drinks and food at a walk up window from the pool. The staff here is unfriendly, but there was an incident there while we were at the pool that made us realize what the staff must have to put up with at times. The house is well equipped in the kitchen. We never needed anything that it didn't have as far as equipment. We brought all foods, spices, oils, etc. ##### Catherine K. The pool was great and with the addition of handrails, we could all enjoy the spa and pool. The view is stunning and the little extras made our trip. Communication was really good. We had the difficulty of dealing with a possible hurricane and stormy weather. Pat and the crew kept in constant communication making our stay a little easier despite scary conditions. I would definitely recommend the property and the host. Property is very close to Disney and the indoor pool is amazing with beautiful sunsets. I would definitely stay again.
